The images take a while to load. You can possibly optimize them into .gif images.

They take a while to load because the true image size is huge: http://xxxceemooxxx.xx.funpic.de/forum/Themes/onepiece/images/theme/10.png

Resize the images to the actual size used instead of using the width/height attributes.
