Membergroup icon upload option

I guess there should be an option to upload membergroup icon images in permissions setting in admin center.

There are a ton of issues with that. Currently this has concerns with setting file permissions on the folder (and most people have trouble with that), not to mention the fact that currently it's *independent to each theme*.

But a NOTE can be added under that option to set file permissions, stating file path, that way it would be easy.

Or you could just upload the images via FTP or file manager as would be easier and more secure.

Now, if it weren't per-theme like it is now (even in 2.1) that would be more feasible since it could be done during the installation.
