Problem editing membergroups

Hi,

Just completed a fresh install of SMF 1.1 and having a problem creating membergroups of editing permissions of membergroups.

I created a new membergroup no problem but when I try to modify I get the following:

hxxp:forum.thesacredoath.com/index.php?action=membergroups;sa=edit;id=9 [nonactive]

in the browser address line and error 403

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Apache Server at hxxp:www.thesacredoath.com [nonactive] Port 80

I am using the Admin account and I have even set all CHMOD all permissions to 777.
