Mod installed but no visible action presented.

I've installed this mod improved_webmaster_email_1.1.zip.
Bust at the designated place Admin -> Configuration -> Features and Settings -> Send Mail Address I see no such option.

My board version is 1.1.19, can someone help me?

Check the manual installation instructions for the MOD and compare them to your supposed edited files. If the MOD says it's installed but the changes are not there, that can be related to missing ownership on your files. If this is the case, you need to check with your host

Did that but no errors exept for two English Language files.
They where skipped during installation.
And in the errorlog an entry was added stating a faulty key was entered by a query.
