So I have a site running SMF and I created another SMF forum site. I added smiley w/ their respective codes to the first forum and I was wondering if there was a shortcut or something to get the codes copied over to the second site? Both sites are on the same host account if that helps.

I know I can manually add each smiley but I'm hoping there is an easier way

Thanks!

Are both sites using the same database?

If not, MAYBE you could export the smf_smileys table from one and import it to the other?

Backup both, first, though, in case I'm drastically wrong, there, won't you? ;)

I tried to import it but got an error. So what I did was I deleted that table and copied the table from my other database to the database and with a simple renaming it went as planned. Thanks K@!

I have to confess that I was guessing, really, which is why I made the point about backing up.

Worth remembering, that! Thanks for letting us know, Shyam! :)
