Big Problem about Upgrade 1.1 beta3 to 1.1 rc 1

I call my page
I got massage any time

The upgrader found some old or outdated language files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package, even the theme and language files for the default theme.

but  in many site in Thai 
Upgrade by this version
Nobody found same my problem

tonatof, the Thai language files are not yet availible for 1.1 RC1, I'm afraid.
