I there a Responsive theme that we can use? I am planning to add it on my website but I need to make sure that there is a theme for mobile. Like the MetroTheme.

There are no free responsive themes at the moment.
But there is a paid responsive theme from smfpacks and also there are some mobile themes that other sites offer.

Wonderful, I cannot wait because more and more people are increasingly using crazy different resolution devices. Some are retina like over 2500 pixels in width, and others are only 800 pixels in width.

I personally use a 1080p 4.7" screen and prefer to use all sites in normal mode.

I also prefer to use all sites in normal (desktop) mode, because that is the way the site is best viewed and was originally designed. I would only want a responsive theme because there are a lot of other people in the world who seem to hate viewing desktop mode sites on their mobile phones.

Plus, at least SMF is fluid. It is almost responsive (but not), only once you go past a certain width does it remain fixed, so it shouldn't be too hard to convert it to a responsive theme, or at least make it entirely fluid/responsive or a combination of both.

While Tapatalk comes close, the app itself is paid.
Apart from that it, at least in the past, did not comply with the SMF standards for mods. Unsure what the status is right now.

I own the app myself, and it works quite nice, however the amount of big forums that actually use it is minimal. I know XDA uses it and that's about it.

I am using Tapatalk on my Xenforo forum ( I hate xenforo by the way ). And used the SMF on 2.0.6 before we converted to
XF. ( I hate XF lol ).  I was not aware it was a paid app sorry about that, I am old school when it comes to phones, I love gadgets and have lots cool stuff, but never got into the smart phones. I still used a rock solid motorola flip phone that stays changed two weeks or more LOL. ( sorry off topic ).
But up until we moved couple months ago Tapatalk worked fine on our smf site. ( I Love SMF) lol

Tapatalk is free. It will only cost if you want your own skin developed. I have the free plugin on my forum and it works fine.
