how to position attached images within the post body, smf2.0.6

I've been looking for a way for users to attach and position images within the post body like This Mod.
It seems incompatible with the latest version of SMF and I cant find any other mods like it.
I don't want my users to have to use the img tag and insert the url of the image they wish to position within their post. That's highly inconvenient especially if the image is on their computer and not already on the web.
Is there anything out there?
