My Singapore users can not enter forum

Hi, I recently transferred from another forum hosting site to this one, I made an announcement to everyone that the forums will be changed. But my singapore users can not access the forum but they have a blank page showing "contact forum owner". I have quite a lot of them on the forums, So I wish you guys can help.

As you have an SMFNew.com site, though, I'd suggest that you contact them. They aren't affiliated, with us. They just kinda "stole" our name.
