Single Topic Not Working After Mod

Not sure if I post this here or in Mods section, so please advise if should be listed elsewhere.

Running SMF 1.1.19
Applied mod "Resize Attached Images" and it works fine. But, there is one topic that is not working. After removing the mod, the topic is fine and looks normal.

If you try to view the topic, the following error comes up:

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.19, while your database is at version 1.1.11. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Again, all other topics appear OK, just this one that is no longer working.

If this error's only started happening since you installed the mod, it might be best for you to post in the mod's support topic, a link for which is on the mod's download page.

If you can attach Display.php to your post, it would be useful, I suspect.

Don't worry about the "Note:" part, at the end, coz that's telling outrageous fibs.
