Heya!

I'm not a web pro. However, I can do just enough to get something to look decent enough. lol

www.immoralists.com is my guild website (game-related stuff).

Anyways, if I click on the "Forum Tab" on my menu bar, the entire menu bar raises a few pixels. I can't find out where this is happening. I've been going through all the margins I can find via .css. Any ideas?

In FF I can see same issue.

It is probably related to your home page. How exactly are you doing that?

Hmmm... I just checked, using Firefox.

When I click "Home", I get weirdness. I get the banner pic flash up to the top left and a layout that you'd get if the theme's paths were wrong. Only for a split-second, though.

Only obvious thing I can see is that on the Home page the class for your navigation "ul" tag is "navigation", and in your Forum page the class for your navigation "ul" tag is "imnavigation".  Don't know how you have those two classes defined, but could that be the difference?
