Global topics

I am trying to make global topics. They are like sticky topics but should be "sticked" to the top of every board on a forum.

I've tried the "Global Topics" mod but encountered an error during the installation so no luck there.

I'm still getting a problem, now a different one though.

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

I have the latest SMF, as far as I can see it should be compatibile.
