Bug in report PM to admin

If i report PM to admins, that dropdown shows also those admins who has Admin group as secondary. It cant be like that. What if someone wants to hide his admin status?

I see the logic but this also limits the functionality of being admin. Unless next version (or after) is not planing to add PM reports section in admin panel, i agree with margarett.

Doesn't being an admin trump everything else? I'm not entirely sure how admin status is secondary. Everything else after admin status is secondary, not the other way around.

I dont talk about permissions. If you put admin group as seconadry in your profile, others doesnt see that you are admin (exept now that pm feature). So you can "hidden" admin, show as regular user, but have admin powers.
