Default per User Avatars

So I have been working on my forums and I was wanting to make a default avatar for everyone. I then decided that I should make it their default minecraft skin face. I have had some trouble trying to successfully do this. I was thinking you could add a feature where users are assigned a default avatar based on their username like if I was BlenderDude (I am ) I would have my face. I was thinking I could accomplish this by having a feature that we could add [username] or something like that and a URL default avatar so I could set the universal default avatar as: [notallowedtoposturls]/face.php?u=[username]&s=64&d . Of course, username being replaced by the name of the player when the avatar is downloaded.

I don't see this as a core feature, idea fits more to a modification. We already have some plans towards the default avatar.
