How to allow posting in a forum during a limited time ?

Sorry for the title, but difficult for me to explain. I want to creat in my forum a subforum in witch member will be allowed to post forum 10pm to 12pm
A kind of night forum !

10pm to 12am you mean? If you're going by the server time, it should be pretty easy to do...

In fact I want to create a kind of forum (a part) witch is open just during that time (night time)
