Compling JW Player or Flowplayer

Does anyone here know how to compile a custom JW Player or Flowplayer?

I got a trial of Flash Builder, and am trying to build 3 custom players for my fansites, but I can't get them to compile.

I am following the directions listed here  I keep getting various errors that stop it from compiling.  They have to do with flex, or other scripting issues.
