get pic and headline when linking to a news article

I've tried searching for a mod that show the top picture and the headline of an article when linking to a news article, like we get when inserting a url on facebook.
The script should maybe make a box inside post where pic and headline (and maybe the ingress text) is showed and is clickable to follow link.
Bare in mind that this inside a forum, not in portal or news feed.

I'm not suppriced if this mod already exists, but my searches have not found anything like it.
If you know it, please point me in the right direction.
