How can I fix this?

One would assume that you installed some kind of "Chat" mod and it seems to have not installed, properly.

Did you install that mod, recently? If so, did you backup, first?

I always perform backup. Installation worked after I deleted mod.

FYI found 1 bug: $txt['welcome_guest'] = 'Welcome, <strong>%1$s</strong>.

changed to 'Welcome Guest."

That isn't a bug...it's a feature. And although I'm trying to be punny, I'm also being completely serious. Now that you incorrectly changed that string, go ahead and try logging in, and note in the header that it now says "Welcome Guest.". Rather than "Welcome, x".

In other words - what you changed was not a bug - it was completely correct as coded and what you changed it to is incorrect.
