Helpdesk Refused To Show On Menu Tab

After restoring my forum database i could no longer locate Helpdesk on my forum tab i installed the mod 2months ago
I checked from the admin->Package dat-> it shows as installed but refused to work. i have also checked from core features area and found out that it is enabled.
Please help me as i dont know what further to do

How old was the backup you restored from?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod?

Yes i tried uninstall but there was no clean exit. found 2 errors in ...sources and warned that i should not continue.

It seems you will have to go through the MOD's manual installation instructions and make sure all edits are in place...

Is Menu Editor installed?

If you have the Menu Editor Lite or Menu Editor Pro mods installed, then the helpdesk won't show up because the menu editor mods just ignore any changes any mods make to the menu.
