I'm having this issue with my themes.

I cannot change the index theme, I know this might be confusing, so I'll explain.
I change the theme and everything changes BUT the index with simple portal. The simple portal still stays as the same theme.

I removed the portal, but one question if anyone knows, does simple portal run off it's own theme?

There's a setting in there to force it to use a specific theme if I remember right. Not sure where it is.
