SMFShop mod problems

When we first installed this today it seemed to work great.  then we got the white screen on adding items and editing items.  i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod with no success.  I have also quadrupled our allocation.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

we're on smf 2.0.8 and using the "SMFShop3.3.1forSMF2.0" mod
