RE: Most recent posts on top of page

I looked throughout the admin section and couldn't find a setting for having the latest posts on top of page instead of having to scroll to bottom of page. Any options available?

You can find it in your profile and, also, in each theme's options, in the admin panel (Odd that that's not global, I'd agree).

Profile > Look and Layout.

You can change it for all users in the admin panel but it's very fiddly and a pain to do and experience suggests it ends up confusing people because almost everyone reads top-to-bottom.

I believe it was even removed from the in-dev version precisely because it ended up confusing people.
