[FREE] Automatic PM(s) regarding new Poll

Hello there friends,

Is there anyway to alert selected groups through PM about a new poll being created in a specific board of the forums? Need this to alert certain members to take a part in the voting.

cant you just announce the topic and select that group as who is being notified and do it via pm? does require you to do it manually each time but does not require a mod to be made.
