Phishing Mail Error?

Whenever my test accounts get a new email in gmail (I'm not sure about other mail clients) it says:

This message may not have been sent by: [email protected] Learn more Report Phishing.

I searched for this and couldn't find anything. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to avoid this phishing issue?

is your forum set to send the email from an address that is not on you domain? if so you should change to an email address on your domain and sent from your domain.

You are correct. Can you tell me how to change my email address? I can't figure it out.
