Hello,

Firstly, I would like to state that I am using for first time this CMS. Probably there is already such topic like this, but I have searched and did not find a similar topic like this one, if there is already such topic please excuse me in advance. I am going directly to my problem. I am using the original theme of SMF if this matter. I want to make like every individual rank to have different color I saw that the SMF is allowing to have such thing, but when I am changing the color it doesn't want to change anywhere. Is it a bug or I am doing nothing wrong? In the field where the system is required to put color I am giving CSS color code (for example - #000000). If someone can offer me a hand, I will be really grateful. Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,
D. Stoimenov

Sorry for bothering you again, but I need help. I just tried both of the mods and both of them give me an error. I get those messages from the package manager.

For the first mod:

QuoteError in Package Installation
At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF.

For the second mod:

QuoteThe package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

For the first mode I tried with the both versions, for the second I tried with the latest one which is "Member_Color_Link_3_1.zip"

PS: I am installing the mods with the "Package Manager" and from there I am uploading the zip file of the mods. Thanks in advance again.

The first one means that the file's probably already been modified, by another mod. The failed edits will, therefor, need to be done manually.

If the second one maybe didn't download, properly? Or, if it's for an earlier version of SMF, you'll need to use emulation (Click "Advanced").

DO remember my sig, though...

Thank you very much. Sorry for the delay but I had so much work to do...
