Can post in redirect boards if not set to read-only

I submitted this on GitHub for 2.1 already, but this bug affects 2.0 as well, so I wanted to make sure it was tracked.

Unless a redirect board is given the read-only profile, you can post to it by accessing it directly.

Example: http://www.example.com/forum/index.php?action=post;board={redirect_board_id}

A fix has been applied for 2.1 as per the issue on GitHub.

Super secret board that can only be accessed directly....

Haha. Funnily enough, the only reason I found this was due to a spambot posting in one of my redirect boards.
