Free mod to combine Arcade+Shop in SMF 2.0.7

I am looking for a mod that would work in SMF 2.0.7. It would combine the Shop mod and the Arcade mod that is here: w w w.docskillz.c o m/docs/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item77

The mod should have these features:
If you wanted to visit the Arcade, you would need to buy a permission that would only last for a certain amount of time(in days)
If you beat a record in a game, you get a reward - money(that you can buy stuff with in the Shop)

Everyone could buy the permission for the mod; once they used it, it would disappear from their inventory and they could visit the Arcade for a certain amount of time.

If you know how to help me but don't plan on creating a mod, please explain me in this topic what should I do. If you find a mod like this or create one I will be eternally grateful!!!
