Hello and welcome 

I'm not sure I understand.  Is the first image what you already have?  If so that is not SMF default and is likely to be custom styled by the theme you are using.  Which theme is that?  If it's a theme thing the theme author will be best placed to advise you.  Otherwise you have some custom coding and we'd need to see your template.

It's a very smart looking forum!  I'm puzzled though that the existing profile layout is not part of the Gearbox theme, so somebody has already been doing some custom coding...
