How to edit news box header area

Please anyone know how I can edit News from header area.
I want something like this
Forum News Update: [____________________welcome to our forum] instead of News alone. I have checked index.template.php but its not there.
I want to know where I can find it and edit it.

It's inside Themes/default/languages/index.english.php

[ARG01]

Find this in the Languages folder index.english.php.

Alter "News" to your preference.
