How to remove link from original poster

Hi, when I start a new topic it says "started by Admin" and Admin is a hyper link.  Is there a way to remove the link?  thanks

Where do you mean?

In BoardIndex.template.php there're a few instances of something like this:

$txt['by'], ' ', $post['poster']['link']

If you remove the ['link'] part...

Keep a copy of the original file, as a backup, woncha? I just kinda plucked that out of the ether.

Do you want to remove all author links or just admin?

All author links.  It's just distracting for users and not necessary for this particular forum.  thanks
