Replace Nchat Chatbox in footer field

Hi Guys;

I just installed Nchat Chatbox plugin just cuz i had problem with shoutbox. Its usefull but i just want it to replace in the footer field. I kept trying to keep changing place of codes in the Boardindex.template.php but i was failed. Is there anybody can help me to replace it in the footer field? How can i do it ?
