Nope, they are more, strange that I know and you don't... They are more: CoreISP, SleePy, Motoko (青山 素子 - ), Oldiesmann and dschwab9. So they are 5 actually.

the server team which includes 3 of those names dont do these type of changes, that is why they are on the SERVER team. that leaves only 2 people that have real lives that come first before doing changes like this.
