How to add more tabs?

Can I add more tabs in my forum?
I mean these:-"Home","Help","Search","Profile","My Messages","Members","Logout"
I want to add more.
How can I do so?

Another option (if you don't want to do the coding yourself) is this mod:

SMF, SimplePortal, SMF Blog and Menu Editor Lite...
Those are the main parts of all my sites, to make SMF into a full fledged CMS, complete with regular web pages using SP's pages feature.
