Request - Personal user block

Hello SMF members 

I'm searching for a modification for my SMF forum. This mod is implemented in vBulletin, but I want it on my SMF.

So, the modification is for blocking specific member. For example:

1. I'm part of this community.
2. I do not like member A.
3. I block him via this feature.
4. There are no more posts shown by this member to me.

Is there something like that? I'm using SMF 1.1.19.

It doesn't completely ignore users though and what's in 2.0 is a better implementation of it anyway but neither that mod nor 2.0 completely ignore users because of the performance penalties applied in so doing (just as they are in vBulletin)
