New to SimpleMachines

Hello!
I just installed SimpleMachines and I'm an admin. I used to be a member for another group but never been assigned as an admin or moderator; hence I have no clue how it works.

When I opened my forum site, it shows up like the attached image.
How do I create a new board (section)? How do I add calendar section? Can member add a new board, or just admin/moderator?
Is there a tutorial for that?
