Inserting the copyright

I wrote my own template_main_below() and I get a large error message saying I've omitted the copyright info.  I do have the copyright info but apparently not in a format that is expected/checked by the php code.

How do I properly display the copyright?

Note: I have every intention of displaying the copyright, I'm just trying to format it to my theme.
