Fresh Install of 2.0.8 Themes don't work at all. Just displays text.
Hosting through Hostgator.

I tried to post my forum address, but this forum doesn't want me linking externally, it seems. If you need it, let me know. Maybe I can private message it to you.

Googled the problem, double checked permissions. Folders are 755 and Files are 644.

Still not apparently reading the CSS for some reason? Please help!

looks like he is using the core theme....

OK. Strange caching apparently. I rebooted my PC and the view is normal.

I'm worried now that some will be able to see it and some won't.
