Add Note To Registration

I need help adding notes too the registration page, When I (accidently) double click on register buttons and it says that another user has the email, It confused me a couple times because the load time takes a little bit to register, I can see how this can be confusing to a new member and myself, and would just like to be able to get a mod or a way too add a note about the registration and let a user know, that double clicking the confirm button will create the account and may cause an error saying that their user and email is being used by another user. I'm a little confused on how I would go about this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way is to edit Register.template.php and add your note before or after the submit button.
