so you removed the scheduled task that pulls the file from sm.org and stores it in the database so those areas can be populated?

See the edits I made above. First one removed the script calls for the latest packages/smileys/themes. Didn't take into account the display stuff until later.

that does not stop the forum from running the scheduled task to bring the files into the database, it is just not displaying them. so it does not make less calls to this server.

Thank you very much for the great plan you gave. Absolutely Secure. I test it all the Day and no more Error with SSL. So Today i will take the next Step with repair_settings.php. More later.

first let me say to all of you a big "Thank you"! I try to do the repair_settings.php. Sorry i must say. It doesn't work. So only a new install works.
