Forum Crashed - Unavailable

I tried to go to my 2.0.8 SMF forum to do some admin things and I get:

"Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later. "

Now, it seems that the Forum is gone or I am unable to access it. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Indeed, the problem was with the Host and the SQL database.
