How to Change the Default Notification Email Content?

How do I change the default content that shows in notification emails?

Right now when people receive email notifications the content says "A reply has been posted to a topic you are watching by Grej"

But how do I change it to "A new message has been posted by Grej" or "A new message is available" or anything custom?

EmailTemplates.english.php which is in the default theme's "languages" directory.
