[Free] Auto published in Facebook and Twitter

I have SMF 2.0.8 installed forum.

I need a mod which can auto published the post in my Facebook wall as public and also in Twitter.

Means when a topic started in my forum that should also be published in my Facebook wall and twitter

Use a service like twitterfeed.com, just be careful, you may not want every topic to get published on your wall
