I can't make notifications work in SimpleDesk

Hi:
I am here because the simpledesk site is not working. I thought you
might be able to help.

I have my mail server working. I have notifications set up in SimpleDesk.
I don't get any errors in the error log, but no email is coming through when
I post a new help ticket.

Site loads fine for me.

Anyway. So you don't get a new notification... I'm presuming your preferences have set to notify you?

Also, no disrespect but there are literally like 2 people here who could possibly help you with SimpleDesk.
