Hi

I'm getting this error some days but not al days.
It's when i write or answer something.

When I click "back" the hole message are gone and I have to start from the beginning.

I have talk to IP and they have no answer to the problem.

The server has no mod_security
max_execution_time = 120
max_input_time = 120
It's not Godaddy
It's affect al members and al browser.

Everything started 1 month ago...   and its just some days now and then.

Very annoying when writing a long answer and it's disappears for you.

I'd say that this is a server side issue. A relevant topic, maybe

SMF itself will not save your post when you go back. You browser does, so you probably have that setting disabled in it...

"Allow browsers to go back to cached pages", in Server settings>Cookies and Sessions might cure the "Back" thing.

As for the timeouts, you'd be best having a natter with your host. :)

Is your forum cache enabled? As Margie said, what about your browser's cache?

Can't see 'max_execution_time, there...

Unless it's:

connect_timeout:   10

If it is, that seems very low. Mine's 120.

Disable the Wysiwyg editor.  In 2.0.x it's buggy at the best of times and really doesn't play nicely with GoDaddy's servers.  It's probably the wysiwyg that's preventing your browser from remembering the message when you hit the back button - it used to do that to me too until I disabled it.
