how can i disable horizontal scroll?

when i set my forum width to 100%, the bottom of my site shows a horizontal scroll. But if i set it like say from 95% and below, the scroll bar disappeared.  Please how can i disable it? Thanks

Padding on the body tag, at a guess. Or padding on the wrapper.
