Help Time format Error

It seems to be something that you can only see, if you're logged in. So, apart from telling us what mods you have, creating a test account, so that we can log in, might be useful.

admin -> features and options default time format, what do you have in this field? it should be something like %B %d, %Y,  %I:%M:%S %p

It's not that.

Something is causing Profile.{language}.php to be reloaded which overrides $txt['time_format'] which is sometimes used to determine the actual format for time.

Wouldn't be surprised if the shoutbox were the culprit honestly.
