Uninstall error of 3.9.3 on a SMF 2.0.7 forum

When attempting to do the uninstall of 3.9.3 before proceeding with the install of 3.9.5 I get the below error during the uninstall test of 3.9.3.

Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Who.english.php Test failed

Are we supposed to know what mod this is from the version number?    Regardless, you can follow the guide here  http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Error_in_mod_installation  to make the manual edit.  In the Parse instructions for the mod this will mean following the edit instructions for your Who.english.php file in reverse, since you are uninstalling rather than installing.  If you have any doubts you should ask for help on the dedicated support topic for the mod in question.
