Member name animation - like on what you get on IPB

Title says it all. There isn't a mod out for it yet, but hope someone here will make it.
A profile name aniation on the shoutbox, and forums. Eg) On IP Board they have the setting no give their profile name an animation. Like flames scorching from around.

Sorry... title does not say it all... like on ipb is not an actual description... especially for those of us who never use ipb and have no idea.

Clarity in the definition of your mod desire is key to seeing if anyone is even the slight bit interested.  Personally I think animation is a terrible idea.

Um... like what on IPB? I haven't seen it but maybe in all the options I missed it - I can't see anything relating to it in my IPB install.
