Some invalid HTML

In GenericList.template.php there are a few cellspacing="0" and other atributes that will make us see a nice Invalid HTML message when validating.
I don't like too much Github, so I post that over here

Mostly just because no-one has finished going through the templates since the doctype was changed.

Yes I guess is that. Is just that I was making something with createList() and I noticed those errors.
