Hello!
I have a project in my school where me and my group are creating a forum, to make our forum nice we want to change the default theme a bit.
As you can see on this picture , we want to make the news and the search bar and button to go on a line in the same row as the navigation menu (the red markings), we want to move over the greetings text / menu to the opponent side (the blue markings) and then at last move down the logo to the place where the greetings text / menu origin location was (the yellow markings).

Our first question is if it is possible to do so and if it is, how to?
If some of you kind users answers it will help us alot!  ;)

PS. We're not familar in PHP or CSS!   :-\
Grateful for answers!

Well, you are going to have to be pretty decent with css at the very least - to do what you are asking... It might require some pho recoding of the template, but I think most of it can be done in css.
